Please check out the Savvy Havvy Having It All Bridal Event...with a purpose on May 11, 6-9 PM @ Senses NY Salon
Brides unite for an evening of beauty, fun, and social awareness in the intimate setting of Senses NY Salon & Spa. Meet with NYC's savviest people in the bridal business as they share everything from hair and makeup tips to money-saving tricks for your wedding. A Q &A with event planner Stella Inserra (featured on "Whose Wedding Is It Anyway") will give brides the exclusive dish on planning an amazing wedding without breaking the bank. Brides.com astrologer Ophira Edut (author of Love Zodiac and resident astrologer on E! "The Daily 10") will entertain guest with free personal astrology readings.
A suggested donation of $10 goes towards Girls Educational and Mentoring Services (GEMS), a nonprofit that empowers and transforms women's lives by providing guidance, housing, and programs for girls ages 12-21 who have been sexually exploited.). Many brides opt to use their wedding day as platform to fundraise for their favorite non-profit by asking guests to make a donation instead of purchasing the traditional gift. This event presents the perfect opportunity for brides to start making a difference before their wedding day-and to have fun doing it.
Guests will mingle with NYC top vendors and enjoy complimentary food, drinks, goodie bags, exclusive discount packages from featured vendors, raffles, giveaways, and much more. Just show up and have fun!

Sounds like a nice event for the bride to be. It is important these days to be able to have a wedding that looks like you spent a lot of money, but really did not.
