My Faves From Fashion Week: Nathan Jenden

Diane von Furstenberg's Creative Director, Nathan Jenden is pulling a double shift. As if working for DVF isn't enough, he also has been designing his own line since 2005. I was lukewarm to his other designs in this collection but loved these three dresses.

My Faves From Fashion Week: Prabal Gurung

Bill Blass alumnus Prabal Gurung was able to pull together his first line in plenty of time for Fashion Week despite the fact that Bill Blass closed at the end of last year. I love these four dresses in his collection.

My Faves From Fashion Week: Juan Carlos Obando

Colombian designer Juan Carlos Obando exhibited a line during Fashion Week that exudes luxury with the cleanest of lines. Lines like this add so much glamour to your entrance. This is how you command the room without a lot of embellishments. Sometimes, less is definitely more.

My Faves From Fashion Week: Naeem Khan

I totally love Naeem Khan. He blew me away with an amazing gown that Alicia Keys wore several years ago. So he has slowly moved passed Zac Posen as my favorite. That's hard to do because I adore Zac Posen. But here are some of his pieces from his Fall '09 collection that could double as your wedding gown. See more of his collection on his web site.

My Faves From Fashion Week: Jason Wu

Jason Wu is of course the lucky guy who designed an inaugural gown for First Lady, Michelle Obama. So he has quickly become a household name and rightly so. He designed a gorgeous collection for Fashion Week. But these little beauties could totally serve as an amazing wedding gown. The first one is my absolute favorite. See more here.

My Faves From Fashion Week - Fall 09

I alluded to this on The Capitol Fashionista but I attended an event last week during Fashion Week and it was so amazing to be under the tents. I will be giving the scoop later in the week. So as promised, I will be posting this week about my favorites from Fashion Week that you could totally wear as your wedding dress.

Here is a fantastic way to give back to others when you pause for one of the most important days of your lives. It is based upon program availability at all Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.
