Our main entree is dessert! I know that's not very specific but we're having a buffet of sweet things for our afternoon reception this summer. We'll be serving up everyone's favorites along with rootbeer floats and lemonade to beat the heat down here in the South.
Fictionally, I imagine shrimp and grits with a tasso sauce.

A fusion menu of Indian butter chicken with naan and Western red pepper pasta with baguette. How fun!
The main entree will be bison steak (mid-west wedding and the meat comes from my grandma's neighbors who raise bison for consumption). The vegetarian main entree will be sweet potato casserole!
