If you are looking to set a beautiful table, you can start with these Iittalla Bottna plates from Fitszu.com. This design was created by Anna Danielsson in 2002 for Marimekko. Don't you just love Marimekko. I really love the big, bold leaf graphic and the crispness of black and white.

Lighting the Way - Jamali Garden

Jamali Garden has some of the most unique candles and candle holders around. You can always look there for something special for your table settings. I especially love the antiqued glass hanging votives. See more on their web site.

My Idol - Colin Cowie

There isn't anyone in the wedding industry that I admire more than Colin Cowie. He is my hero. He wants you to create an amazing affair on any budget and he gives some fantastic tips on how to do so. I wholeheartedly agree. I believe that if you are going to DIY, do it with style. Visit his web site for inspiration and wonderful tips.

He has also written two amazing books, For the Bride and For the Groom. These are a must read. His words are thoughtful and carefully chosen. He really made me think differently about marriage.

I was looking through one of my favorite home design magazines when I came across Edible Arrangements and the planner in me thought... what a great idea for a table setting in lieu of flowers.
