The Queen of Wedding Cakes is coming to a cable box near you. WeTV premieres the “ICED with Sylvia Weinstock” special on Sunday, May 29 at 9:00 PM ET/PT.

“Iced with Sylvia Weinstock” goes behind the scenes into the world of the wedding industry’s top cake designer, as two bakeries are given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete for a three-day mentorship with Sylvia Weinstock. The one-hour special, produced by Al Roker Entertainment, and airing exclusively on WE tv, will offer viewers a peek inside Sylvia’s successful business.

“Iced with Sylvia Weinstock” will air as part of WE tv’s Sunday night wedding line-up, home to wedding shows such as "Bridezillas" and "Amazing Wedding Cakes".

It's More Than Cake: Edith Meyer Cakes

San Fran cake designer, Edith Meyer has created something more than cake. She has created delights too beautiful to eat. I love her stylish designs. Who doesn't love a sand castle cake?!? The first cake is made from a gorgeous paper design that I used for my wedding invitations. I wish that I knew about her then :-(

Cake Talent: Erica O'Brien Cake Design

We did not have a decorative cake since our colors were so strong (red and gold), we opted for a simple design. But I like when couples want to have a unique cake design adorning their cake tables. Some cakes look too pretty to eat. I love these cake designs by Erica O'Brien Cake Design. So many cakes start to look alike after awhile. But I must say that these designs are fresh and new.
