Hi all,
I absolutely love the Jenny Packham 'Uma' dress however I have a question. Do any of you feel that the crystals/jewels at the back make the dress a little fad-ish? I hope not as I think it's the one but just thought I'd get other style conscious brides to give me their opinions...
Thanks!
anna,
i think that if it makes your heart sing, than that is the dress for you. go for it!
Hi Anna,
Just saw your post. I've bought this dress for my wedding at christmas. I think it is really gorgeous and that the back is what makes it so beautiful. In contrast to you, I keep worrying that the front is too plain...
I love this dress and think I'll be getting it too! I think its amazing how the front is quite understated and then you turn around and its got this amazing back! More detailing on the front would just be too much with it having such an elaborate back. If it makes you feel special when you've got it on then just get it!
i absolute fell in love with this one as well trying on so many this weekend.i tried at a stockist and wanted to check with you how much did you girls paid for the Uma style?
£1950
I love JP's Uma and bought it on friday for my wedding. I think that the back is what makes this dress totally unique, no one will have seen a dress like this and because not all people can carry off a dress like this, if your one of the lucky people that can you should definately go for it.
Totally agree with everything said about the UMA so far. I also am wearing it for my wedding in March next year. And I feel BEAUTIFUL in it!!!

Hi Anna.
I used this dress for my wedding at 18 July 2009 in Italy.
All people that saw me told me that this dress was fairytale and amazing.
If you want I could send you an email where you can see with your eyes how beautiful is this dress wearing a bride.
In Italy the dress Uma cost 3300 Euro
