Bridal gown designer, Elizabeth Emanuel, designed the wedding dress for the late Diana, Princess of Wales. That makes her tops with me. Her dresses to me are what I would consider to be "ultra poufy." Even though it is not my style, I clearly see the beauty of each design and how it would make a woman feel like royalty.
