Elsie Katz Couture is a line of dresses designed by Donna H. Baxter. She says that she named the collection after her grandmother who believed in feather boas, sparkling tiara, etc. for everyday. Her gowns are reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour. Here are my favorites:
